Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Dubai Storage Space provides storage, packing and moving services. The specific terms of your storage arrangement are set out in the storage agreement you sign before we collect your items; where the two differ, the signed agreement applies.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for information. Prices, unit sizes and availability shown here are indicative and are confirmed only in a written quote issued by us. We may update or withdraw content at any time.

Quotes

• Quotes are based on the information you give us about your items, access at the pickup address and the storage duration.
• A quote may be revised if the actual volume, access conditions or requirements differ materially from what was described.
• Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 14 days from issue.

Storage units

• Units are private, lockable and climate controlled. Internal dimensions are confirmed in writing before you commit.
• Access is available during facility hours by prior arrangement so a team member can assist you.
• Storage plans run on the agreed billing cycle and continue until you give notice in line with your agreement.

Items we cannot store

For the safety of the facility and other customers, we do not accept: flammable, explosive or hazardous materials; firearms, ammunition or weapons; illegal or prohibited goods; perishable food; live plants or animals; cash, jewellery or negotiable securities; and anything whose storage would breach UAE law.

Payment

Charges, the billing cycle and any deposit are set out in your storage agreement. Storage fees are payable in advance. Late payment may result in restricted access to your unit and additional charges, as detailed in the agreement.

Insurance and liability

Basic cover is included with every unit. Extended cover for high-value items can be arranged before collection if you declare their value in writing. Our liability is limited to the cover in place for your goods, and we are not liable for loss you could reasonably have insured against separately, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booked collection before our team is dispatched at no charge. Cancellation after dispatch, or ending storage before the agreed minimum term, may attract a charge as set out in your agreement.

Governing law

These terms and any services we provide are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
